Mold and Biohazard

Damages occurring from natural disaster, invasive destruction, accident, or microbial infiltrations are often covered under home insurance policies. We mitigate mold and other harmful organisms that risk your family’s health. Containment systems are constructed to keep those unwelcomed pollutants constrained. They typically exist of plastic sheet walls that remain in place until air quality is again acceptable. Contaminated materials such as wet carpets or moldy dry walls are cautiously removed from the premises and affected areas. If your personal articles are in danger, they are collected in a pack out procedure that stores them out of harm’s way. Biohazards and infectious contaminates are treated with controlled spray misting or direct topical applications of antimicrobial agents safe for pets and family. Air quality is then tested.

Fire and Smoke Damage

When fire strikes and smoke damage or soot occurs, we clean soiled spaces and mitigate odors on your belongings from furniture, to walls, to kitchen dishes. Thermal imaging cameras allow us to find the source of the water when it is not obvious. They can detect mold behind your walls and unseen water within your walls.
