Odor Mitigation

Odors are offensive and sometimes caustic in nature so they should be mitigated and removed as soon as possible. Depending on the source of odor, further environmental damages and possible resultant health issues could occur. CLEAN RX offers applied microbial remediation and cleaning when warranted.

Mold Mitigation

Mold infected areas may require a professionally constructed mold containment system. First all live mold must be killed with antimicrobial treatment and then dehumidifiers dry affected spaces. Ozone units may also be employed to clean air and disinfect.

Fire Restoration / Smoke Remediation

The aftermath of fire damage will necessitate cleaning and restoration beyond the ability of the property owner. Improper self-cleaning often exacerbates the damage. Soot and smoke damage may affect personal articles beyond the actual structural damages. CLEAN RX works directly with your insurance provider in your behalf.

We use exclusive equipment specific to drying inside your walls.

Stain Removal

Stains will be removed and resultant damages mediated by our certified experts. We understand certain surfaces and textiles require very delicate or specific removal protocols. Safe and efficient agents are used to make your property look as close to new as possible. If replacement is merited, we contact your insurance provider for approval.

The IICRC is known as Cleantrust or Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certification. We were originally granted these certifications in 2000. We have continued our education earning yet more credits and have kept in compliance with their requirements and those of state and local ordinances.

IEHA

CLEAN RX is a member of the International Executive Housekeeping Association (IEHA). We are fully trained to take on cleaning tasks for residential and commercial cleaning. Our technicians are background checked and supervised on every project. You can fully trust us to respect your property and privacy.
